ABOUT THIS TRIP

This small-group adventure takes you on a mesmerizing journey through Thailand’s most stunning turquoise beaches, exotic islands, and captivating cultural landmarks. Your trip begins in Phuket, Thailand’s largest island and a gem of Southeast Asia. With its postcard-worthy scenery—powdery white beaches, lush forested hills, dramatic limestone cliffs, and crystal-clear lagoons—Phuket is a dream destination for both relaxation and exploration. Wander vibrant night markets, try out delicious street food, or soak in sweeping sea views from scenic hilltops. From there, board a ferry to the iconic Phi Phi Islands, where you'll find towering cliffs, emerald waters, and secluded beaches made famous by films and postcards. Whether you choose to snorkel, sunbathe, or simply admire the view, Phi Phi offers a slice of tropical paradise. Next, head to the laid-back province of Krabi, where nature truly puts on a show. Explore limestone karsts rising from the sea, hidden caves, and serene beaches fringed by swaying palms. There's ample time to unwind on the powder-soft sands or visit exotic temples tucked between cliffs and jungle, all while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Your adventure concludes in Bangkok, the dynamic heart of Thailand. This thriving metropolis is a fusion of old and new—where ancient Buddhist temples and royal palaces stand proudly beside modern skyscrapers and lively markets. Visit landmarks like the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, cruise the Chao Phraya River, and lose yourself in the city's energy. From the warmth of its people to the richness of its culture, Bangkok is the perfect finale to your Thai escape.

Bangkok with the Islands of Thailand
I’ve traveled around Southeast Asia before, but this Thailand trip with Indus felt much easier to enjoy from beginning to end. Bangkok was an exciting entry point. The guided tours were insightful. The real payoff was the islands; it was like we were reading a postcard!! with clear turquoise water and limestone cliffs and laid-back beach towns it was a good break from city life. The hotels were comfortable, the guides friendly and and the schedule was just right in terms of a balance between organized sightseeing and down time to experience things on my own. We never felt hurried, yet we visited a wide variety of locales. For North American travelers who want their first experience of Thailand to be a smooth, organized affair, this tour takes much of the guesswork out of planning. By the time we left, it felt as though we’d dialed into both the cultural center of Thailand and its cosmopolitan tropical islands.
