Splendors of the American West
Splendors of the American West with Indus Travels feels like the kind of trip I’d build for myself if I had the time and patience to plan every leg—only here, the logistics are already stitched together for you. I love how the route links big‑name cities with cinematic landscapes: easing in with Los Angeles, sliding through Palm Springs and the Sonoran Desert into red‑rock Sedona, then hitting that first “wow” moment at the Grand Canyon before carrying the drama forward to Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Bryce, Zion, Death Valley, and finally San Francisco. The experience balances structure and freedom nicely: days have a clear framework, but you still get those choose‑your‑own‑adventure moments—whether that’s a jeep tour in Monument Valley, capturing the light inside Antelope Canyon, or just wandering the Vegas Strip until your feet protest. What stood out most to me is how “escorted coach tour” here doesn’t translate into being herded around; hotels, transport, and key stops are pre‑arranged, yet there’s enough independent time to sit with a coffee in San Francisco or simply watch the desert change color from your window rather than rush from sight to sight. If you’ve always wanted that classic American West road‑trip feeling, but prefer the comfort of having an experienced operator manage the driving, hotel choices, and national park logistics, this itinerary delivers a very satisfying, low‑stress way to tick off a lot of bucket‑list scenery in one shot.

Requests may be made for special meals. These requests will be sent on your behalf to the airline so long as Indus receives these request prior to your documents being issued. The availability of special meals will be based upon the specific airlines and will be at their discretion.

Can I use my frequent flier miles?

Accrued frequent flier miles cannot be used toward the purchase of Indus Travels’ airfare or used for class upgrades. However, airfare purchased through Indus Travels may qualify to earn you additional miles.
