This 10-day tour will provide you the opportunity to discover Eastern European Capitals. Aboard this tour, you will go on a guided tour of Zagreb, Croatia’s northwestern capital, known for its remarkable 18th- and 19th-century Austro-Hungarian architecture. Maglaj is nearby, a 14th century town where the Bosna river peacefully flows through. Then you will explore the Tunnel of Hope in Sarajevo constructed between March and June 1993 amidst Bosnian War. On your way to Mostar, admire the scenic beauty passing through the deep valleys on your journey. You will also visit Medjugorge, an unofficial place of Catholic pilgrimage since the Virgin Mary appeared in 1981. During a stop at Kravice, you may admire the beautiful waterfall escaping to the Trebizat River. In Dubrovnik, you will visit the intact historic center - a jewel of world architectural heritage along the Adriatic Sea. Your journey will continue to Split where you will visit the Diocletian's Palace, an ancient palace built for the Roman Emperor Diocletian around 4th century. Your last day between Plitvice and Ljubljana will consist of many natural and architectural wonders such as vast caves, waterfalls, and medieval castles.
