The broad boulevards, glass-fronted buildings, and modern shopping centers are dotted with traditional, red-tiled roofs, the 18th-century market, and old mosques and churches, although the city has an atmosphere more of Mediterranean Europe than traditional Türkiye. İzmir owes its position as an economically and socially dynamic city to its location, climate, and the fact that it has been home to many different cultures and religions. Persians, Ancient Greeks, Assyrians, Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans are just a few of the dozens of different civilizations that the city has hosted through its long history.

After traveling to Italy with Indus a couple of years ago, it was easy for us to pick them again for Turkey and they did not disappoint. This trip had a very different rhythm, shifting from busy cities to quieter, almost surreal landscapes, and Indus did a great job with that dynamic. And from the moment we arrived the team was all over it. they consistently sent schedule updates well in advance and checked in to ensure everything sounded just right. Cappadocia was nothing like anywhere I’ve been, and I loved having the flexibility to explore or add experiences onto it. Most memorably, though, was the round-the-clock on-call support, there was never a moment of insecurity, even when travel days were long. Going on several tours with Indus now, I’ve learned to trust that they genuinely look after their customers and not just the itinerary.

We went on the Classical Turkey tour with Indus on Apr 4 to 14, 2019. The trip was fantastic!! Indus was basically the middle man that connected us to Global Travel Services in Turkey. Indus provided us with the airplane tickets but in Turkey GTS took over everything. From landing in turkey to departing, everything was amazing! 5 star hotels, amazing tour guide, very comfortable tour bus, great itinerary. The only issue I had was that we did not stop in salt lake and the hot air balloon ride was 20 people but we were promised 12ppl max. Overall, Indus has great communication and the Classical Turkey trip was amazing! Definitely recommended it to my family and friends.
