About This Trip

This is a 27-day amazing and adventurous holiday trip to the great Balkan. Start your journey from Ljubljana with a visit to Bled Castle then head towards Europe’s largest cave - Postojna Cave in Postojna before moving to Zagreb where you will visit the Cathedral. Then travel to spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park before continuing towards Split to enjoy a city tour and visit Diocletian's Palace. Later sail to Island Korcula, the birthplace of the famous Marco Polo for a small visit. Next stop will be the city of Dubrovnik where you will explore the famous sites and Visit the spectacular Rector's Palace. Next, you will move to Kotor, strolling through the Weapons Square before you continue towards Budva to enjoy its sandy beaches and beautiful nightlife. Then head towards Tirana and admire the beautiful interior of ancient Et'hem' Mosque, continue to Elbasan and watch beautiful 15th-century castle. Later, visit Sofia, the most significant places are the Alexander Nevski Cathedral & the Church of Saint George. After, we head toward the second largest city in Bulgaria – Plovdiv, a city with an ancient history where you will see the Roman Forum and the stadium. Moving on, enjoy a panoramic visit of the city of Veliko Tarnovo, where the kings of Bulgaria once lived. You will now proceed towards Romania and you will travel to the picturesque city of Sighisoara, the birthplace of Vlad Dracula. You will continue your trip to Piatra Neamt through the Bicaz Gorge, the largest gorge in Romania, admiring the beauty of the landscape, the Red Lake, and its hill station. Now it’s time to see the most representative monuments of Moldovan art, Visit Bucovina region. Then head towards Bran to visit its famous Castle, also known as Dracula's Castle. End your journey at Bucharest, Romania's capital, which is the most important industrial and commercial center of the country.
