Enjoy a fascinating introduction to Sarawak's diverse wildlife and explore the rivers of the Santubong Peninsular on this 06-day tour. The journey begins in Kuching with a city tour to Kuching south Municipal Hall, china town and visits to Tua Pek Kong Temple the oldest Chinese temple in Sarawak. Continue to the Semenggoh Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre, the wardens here trained young orangutans, who had been orphaned or rescued from captivity, how to survive in the wild. Next, visit Batang Ai, along the way you will pass by paddy (rice) fields, pepper plantations, and roadside villages. At Batang Ai, you will get time to explore the surrounding area. Then take a boat ride to the Santubong River and the Salak Rivers a flourishing area controlled by the tides. And Lastly, enjoy a day tour to Bako National Park known for house proboscis monkeys, macaques, bearded pigs and a lot of bird species and wildlife before flying back home.
