Intermediate Tours require a moderate level of activity. On certain days passengers may encounter long travel days, while other days they will be standing or walking for extended periods of time (sometimes over difficult terrains) during sightseeing excursions.
This energizing 14-day tour offers you the chance to trek through amazing mountain ranges of Nepal, a colorful place jumbled with beautiful temples, wooden Newari architecture, splendid mountain ranges, and serene rivers amidst wildernesses. Your journey starts in Katmandu, Nepal’s capital city serves as the departure point for treks into the Himalayas, including Mount Everest and Annapurna. See Hanuman Dhoka, the magnificent Taleju Temple and Kumari Ghar. You will also get the opportunity to visit Pashupatinath, which is the most important Hindu temple, stands on the banks of the holy Bagmati River; also, Swayambhunath is one of the definitive experiences of Kathmandu. Later, you will experience the beautiful scenery with snow gladded mountain ranges while boating across Phewa lake in Pokhara. Your trek starts from Naya Pul, walking to Birethanti. Moving ahead you will climb up to Kimrungdanda with great views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain, and Ganggapurna. Then, from Chhomrong, climb down 2,500 stone steps then cross the Chhomrong Khola on a swaying suspension bridge. Then you will admire the rewarding views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mount Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli, and Gangapurna. Later in your trek you will enter the Annapurna Sanctuary, and admire the breathtaking 360-degree unobstructed views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and other peaks. Head towards Dhulikhel, set at the far east of the Kathmandu Valley, and admire the magnificence of these rugged peaks & has a charming old town with two lovely temples in distinct Vishnu and Hari Siddhi styles, and a Kali temple set on a hilltop above the town. Return to Kathmandu where you will visit Thamel, Kathmandu’s designated tourist quarter before taking your route back home.
