Coronavirus Travel Update

Indus Travels has postponed all tours departing between March 13 and August 31, 2020

Indus Travels has made the decision to postpone all tours departing between March 13 and August 31 due to the travel restrictions implemented across the globe. This will give those scheduled to travel during this time some time to regroup during this global crisis and the flexibility to postpone their trip to a Fall 2020 or early 2021 departure date.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times and we are communicating as efficiently as we can. We will get to everyone - and are working with customers on a priority basis.

We are asking for your patience as we work through this with all our affected travellers.

My tour has been postponed - what happens?

If you are scheduled to depart between March 13, 2020 and August 31, 2020, you will be provided with alternate travel dates for the Fall of 2020 or if available early 2021 travel dates.
Indus Travels is not offering refunds on postponed tours. Please do not call/email your sales consultant asking for refunds, as these will not be provided.

My tour is beyond the postponement date and I don’t want to go anymore - what happens?

If your tour is set to depart outside the postponement window, you can cancel in accordance with Indus Travels’ regular terms and conditions.
We will continue to monitor developments and will be in touch with all customers on a priority basis.
